Sanjay Anugula

A passionate and prolific leader, Sanjay possesses a highly strategic mindset and in-depth knowledge of P&L Management, Startup Operations, Finance Sales, and Marketing. He is tasked with leading planning and finance to support the fast-paced growth across the US, Cayman Islands and India.
Having two decades of experience across sectors such as semiconductors, automotive, food, and e-commerce, Sanjay brings a wealth of expertise through his past leadership roles. He has an MS from Stanford University and his previous stints include working at organizations like Intel, Cognizant, General Motors, Amazon, and Eurofins.
Rajesh Rajagopalan
President and Chief Technology Officer
Rajesh is a problem solver and a coder at heart, with over 20 years of industry experience. He is a technology evangelist who brings in a valuable blend of technical and business competency. He has been helping customers navigate their AI and Data transformation journey, and reimagining their products for the GenAI world.
As the President and CTO, Rajesh has played a key role in setting up PeerIslands engineering and delivery practice. He has brought in top 1% talent and has enabled them to solve complex business problems for our clients. He is leading the development of our industry-first AI transformation product suite, Peer.AI, and our IP portfolio.

Krishnakumar has over 20+ years of experience in tech industry and has led multiple large scale engagements for Fortune 100 customers.
At PeerIslands, Krishnakumar has been involved conceptualizing and implementing the transformation journey for several PeerIslands customers. These engagements span from data engineering, building complex mobile applications to solving specific MongoDB related asks from customers.
Anandaraman Sivanandan

Anand has specialized in IT service delivery and client management for close to 24 Years. He has successfully incubated, grown and managed large scale Digital transformation programs for multiple Global Fortune 500 clients. He brings expertise in developing strategy and vision, execution and collaboration with IT and business stake holders while managing teams across various geographies.
As the VP of technology delivery, Anand is focused on growing our delivery capability while working closely with our alliance partners. At PeerIslands, Anand and team are focused on transforming our clients’ technology landscape and helping them drive efficiency through Data engineering and AI.

Merina has nearly two decades of experience in training and development, human resources management, and customer experience. She is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources through CPHR B.C & Yukon in Canada. Based in the Cayman Islands, she has spent the last 6 years in the technology field.
As the head of People Operations, Merina is focused on the employee experience (EX) and developing transformative strategies to unleash talent and innovation. She drives HR service delivery through automation, cloud solutions, and human connection, and cultivates a community culture using a collaborative, cross-functional approach to strategic engagement initiatives.
